Cór Bród, Irish for choir and pride put together, will be a place where queer singers and allies make some properly joyful noise. No auditions. No music degree required. Whether you have sung in choirs for years or have only ever sung along to the radio in the car, you are welcome here. Every voice matters, and every ability gets a seat.

Under the baton of Oran Tobin, founder, conductor and vocal coach, singers will build healthy technique, real musicianship and growing confidence, and learn to sing as one. Expect a repertoire that runs from part songs and madrigals to contemporary choral music, with a few iconic queer anthems reimagined as full choral works along the way. Expect concerts built around themes like chosen family, pride, love, home and hope. Expect fun. That is the whole point.

Rehearsals are coming together now, and there is a seat with your name on it. Get in touch at hello@unhinged.ie, say hello through the Contact page, and join the mailing list to be first to know when the singing starts.
